1. Eligible Refunds
The following purchases are eligible for refunds within 30 days:
- Consultation service fees if the consultation has not yet taken place
- Service fees for ticket purchases where the event has not occurred
- Full ticket refunds for canceled events (as per venue policy)
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Tickets for events that have already taken place
- Consultation fees after the consultation has been completed
- VIP experience packages after services have been rendered
- Tickets marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Change of mind after the 30-day period
3. Canceled Events
If an event is canceled by the organizer or venue:
- You will receive a full refund of the ticket price
- Service fees may be refundable depending on the circumstances
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- We will notify you immediately when we learn of a cancellation
4. Postponed Events
For postponed or rescheduled events:
- Your original tickets will typically be valid for the new date
- If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact us for refund options
- Refund eligibility for postponements depends on venue policy

5. How to Request a Refund
