  • Consultation service fees if the consultation has not yet taken place
  • Service fees for ticket purchases where the event has not occurred
  • Full ticket refunds for canceled events (as per venue policy)
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Tickets for events that have already taken place
  • Consultation fees after the consultation has been completed
  • VIP experience packages after services have been rendered
  • Tickets marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • Change of mind after the 30-day period

3. Canceled Events

If an event is canceled by the organizer or venue:

  • You will receive a full refund of the ticket price
  • Service fees may be refundable depending on the circumstances
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
  • We will notify you immediately when we learn of a cancellation

4. Postponed Events

For postponed or rescheduled events:

  • Your original tickets will typically be valid for the new date
  • If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact us for refund options
  • Refund eligibility for postponements depends on venue policy
  • We will communicate all available options to you

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
